Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jacoby Wilcox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergio Melo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wilcox kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Danger: Wildman. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilcox tries to score a power double leg takedown but Melo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wilcox somewhat.
Wilcox with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Melo to score with a decent uppercut.
It looks like Jacoby Wilcox has been cut.
Melo looks to throw a body kick
and Wilcox counters with a takedown into side control.
Melo is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Wilcox's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Wilcox is keen to just control but Melo is a slippery customer.
Wilcox is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Melo is desperately trying to improve his position but Wilcox has a good base and remains in mount.

Wilcox has control of Melo's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Melo regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Wilcox lands a nice shot to the head.

Wilcox lands a big shot there that rocks Melo but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wilcox lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Melo is rocked!
Wilcox drops a big elbow. That's hurt Melo! More shots from Wilcox and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
