The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pleman takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Polski tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Polski looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Pleman is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Polski's half guard.
Polski wants to get back to his feet.

Pleman is working for a kimura but Polski is defending it quite comfortably.

Pleman wants to take a breather but Polski is having none of it.
Pleman thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Pleman frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Pleman goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Polski turns into him and now he's in Pleman's guard.

Pleman has his foot on Polski's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Polski works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Pleman is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
