Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edmund Dorrance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dorrance tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Wilson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Dorrance walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Wilson walks forward, straight into a front kick from Dorrance.
Dorrance lands a leg kick that knocks Wilson off balance momentarily.

Wilson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dorrance swivels and escapes.

Wilson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dorrance sprawls well initially but Wilson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Wilson drops back, looking for a kneebar! Dorrance looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Dorrance looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Dorrance!

Dorrance stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Wilson to get to his feet.
Wilson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dorrance manages to avoid it.

Dorrance fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Wilson, pushing him back against the ropes.
Dorrance crunches a lovely knee into Wilson's ribcage.
Wilson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dorrance is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Wilson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dorrance fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Wilson shoots in looking for a takedown but Dorrance manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wilson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

That's time! Dorrance's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
