Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Manny Le (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bas Rutten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutten throws a head kick that misses
and Le counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Le misses with a knee strike.
Rutten manages to pull guard.
Le trying to control but Rutten is working from the bottom.
Le stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rutten swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Rutten bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Le's guard.

Le wants to get back to his feet but Rutten is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Rutten wanted to stand there but Le had control of the position.
Rutten wants to control from the top but Le keeps moving.

Rutten throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Le works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Rutten trying to control the position from guard on top but Le is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Bas Rutten wasn't active enough on the ground.
Rutten tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Le counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Rutten is looking to escape.
Rutten wants to get back to full guard.

Le is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Rutten is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Le sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rutten's guard.
Le knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rutten on the ground.
Le is breathing heavily.
Le seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Rutten shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Le defends it nicely.
Le tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rutten paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Le is looking to clinch but Rutten is avoiding it.
Le darts in and clinches Rutten up against the cage.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Rutten trying to control the position but instead, Le has worked for underhooks and has pushed Rutten into the cage.
Le prevents a takedown attempt there.
Manny Le has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bas Rutten.
Rutten tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Le is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Rutten is defending well for now.
Le with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Rutten drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Le unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Le tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Rutten avoids it.
Rutten blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Rutten wants to sweep but no luck.
Rutten is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Le is controlling him.
Rutten looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Le is defending well. Rutten quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Le has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Rutten celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
