The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hartmann tries to clinch but Jonas moves away
and Jonas counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jonas connects with a jab.
Jonas dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hartmann shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jonas sprawls well. Jonas wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hartmann gets slowly back to his feet.
Hartmann shoots in looking for a takedown but Jonas manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hartmann's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jonas displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hartmann.

Hartmann shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jonas as he avoids it easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Hartmann might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Jonas has got the better of the exchanges.
