Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Michael Kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaramogi Nabulungi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nabulungi has chosen Enter Sandman by Metallica as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Michael Kent! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jaramogi Nabulungi ! The judges for this bout are , and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kent tries to clinch but Nabulungi moves away so Nabulungi counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Nabulungi thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nabulungi prevents Kent from getting back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nabulungi drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kent looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kent looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kent! Kent tries to move into full mount but can't pass Nabulungi 's legs. Kent cracks Nabulungi with a big elbow. Nabulungi is working to avoid the ground and pound but Kent connects with a decent elbow. Kent tries to advance to mount but can't. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kent works to advance to full mount. Nabulungi defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Nabulungi is in all sorts of trouble here.
Kent sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Nabulungi keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Kent unloading with bombs! Kent controlling from mount. Kent's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nabulungi is trying to stand up. Nabulungi is trying to reverse the position but instead Kent has taken his back - oops! Nabulungi looks gassed! Kent lands with a hammerfist to the side of Nabulungi 's head. Nabulungi has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Nabulungi tries to break free.
Nabulungi has hold of Kent's leg, trying to break free but it's let Kent lock up a rear naked choke! This could be big trouble! Nabulungi is turning an unusual color here… he's out! Kent throws him to one side and jumps onto the cage to celebrate with his fans.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Michael Kent!
