Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Manifesto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Dougles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Manifesto might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The XX Gon' Give It To Ya. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ryan Dougles!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Franklyn Lucas and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manifesto takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Manifesto wants to clinch up but Dougles keeps it at a distance.
Manifesto shoots in looking for a takedown but Dougles manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Manifesto's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dougles closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Manifesto is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Dougles pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Nice elbow from Dougles.
It looks like Johnny Manifesto has been cut.
Manifesto tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Manifesto turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Manifesto swings around for an armbar but Dougles sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Manifesto's guard.
Manifesto working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Dougles.
Manifesto has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dougles can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Dougles throws and elbow that misses. Manifesto uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dougles's guard. Nice move by Manifesto!
Manifesto seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Manifesto wants to pass the guard but Dougles is keeping the position.

Dougles looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Manifesto advances to half guard.
Manifesto passes to side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Manifesto trying to control the action but Dougles is working from the bottom.
Manifesto tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Manifesto has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Manifesto goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Dougles rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Manifesto's guard! Nice work there by Dougles!

Manifesto lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Dougles!
Manifesto jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Dougles is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Dougles and Manifesto has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Manifesto remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Dougles wants to get back to his feet.
Manifesto wants to control the pace but Dougles is squirming around nicely.
