Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kenneth McGriff!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGriff misses with a wild body shot.
Peterson looks for a takedown but McGriff sprawls well.
Peterson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Peterson throws the kick towards the body but McGriff avoids it.
Peterson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has McGriff pinned against the cage. McGriff gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
McGriff is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
McGriff jabs Peterson to the body, keeping him at a distance.
McGriff scores with a hook to the body. Peterson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Peterson takes one to the side of the head.
Peterson bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Peterson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Peterson looks gassed!

McGriff cracks Peterson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Peterson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can McGriff finish him?

Peterson is rocked!
McGriff fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Peterson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Peterson moves forwards but McGriff connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Peterson is still on wobbly legs! Can McGriff finish him?

That's one minute gone in the round.
Peterson glances at the clock... BAM! McGriff nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Peterson crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Peterson is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
