Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Paulo Santos and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dominic misses with a wild body shot.
Ribeiro shoots in looking for a takedown. Dominic tries to sprawl out of it but Ribeiro keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dominic manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Ribeiro counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Ribeiro successfully pulls guard.
Dominic keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Ribeiro's head.

Dominic has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Ribeiro is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Ribeiro drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Ribeiro wants to get up but he can't break Dominic's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Dominic has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Ribeiro should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Dominic has tightened it up now! Ribeiro should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
