11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jimmy McNulty! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rakkiat Nongkeeswuit! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McNulty misses with a few strikes there.
McNulty scores with a punch to the head. Nongkeeswuit will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McNulty misses with an uppercut. Nongkeeswuit saw that one coming. Nongkeeswuit moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Nongkeeswuit fails to land with a series of punches.
Nongkeeswuit staying out of range there. McNulty fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. McNulty misses with a hook. Nongkeeswuit ducked under it nicely. McNulty throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Nongkeeswuit counters by moving into the clinch. Nongkeeswuit escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McNulty cracks Nongkeeswuit with a good jab. Jimmy McNulty seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Nongkeeswuit counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. McNulty lands a nice shot that snaps Nongkeeswuit's head back.

and Nongkeeswuit counters with a head kick. Nongkeeswuit throws a combination. McNulty tries to block but a couple of punches get through. McNulty has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Nongkeeswuit. McNulty misses with an uppercut
and Nongkeeswuit counters with a flying knee. Nice. McNulty shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Nongkeeswuit is trying to defend but McNulty finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Nongkeeswuit is looking for a sweep. McNulty is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. McNulty stalling away here and it's allowed Nongkeeswuit to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McNulty stands up over Nongkeeswuit, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Nongkeeswuit wants to get back to his feet but McNulty is in a dominant position and won't allow it. McNulty trying to control the position from guard on top but Nongkeeswuit is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nongkeeswuit utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Nongkeeswuit trying to keep a closed guard but McNulty is proving a slippery customer.

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Nongkeeswuit is taking a breather. McNulty says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rakkiat Nongkeeswuit showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Rakkiat Nongkeeswuit is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nongkeeswuit uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by McNulty.
McNulty misses the shot to the body. McNulty fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nongkeeswuit manages to avoid it.

McNulty cracks a nice hook into Nongkeeswuit's ribs. McNulty tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nongkeeswuit was well out of range. Poor timing from McNulty. Nongkeeswuit moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
