Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sing Chow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sing Chow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, David Brown! The judges for this bout are , and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Brown showed some decent athleticism there. Brown not landing any meaningful shots this time. Brown working the head and body with strikes. Brown thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Brown sitting and controlling from the half guard. Brown has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown is trying to work for a kimura but Chow is defending well.
Brown is figuring out what he wants to do next. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
David Brown has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Chow scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Brown falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chow counters with a two punch combo. Chow tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Chow throws a head kick that misses. Brown keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A head kick from Chow lands but Brown takes it in his stride. Chow lands a head kick!
Chow slaps away a takedown attempt from Brown, before circling back to the center of the mat. Brown closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown is trying to break the clinch but Chow has him pressed against the cage. Brown has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Chow is trying to keep an underhook but Brown manages to get the takedown into half guard. Brown throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Chow is trying to maintain the position but Brown is very close to passing his half guard. Still in half guard, Brown seems content to control. Brown frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Chow knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Brown on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Chow really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Brown throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Brown has control of Chow's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Chow regains control of the situation pretty easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Brown dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Chow counters with a nice kick to the body. Chow scores with a head kick. Brown tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Chow throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Brown throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Chow was covering up waiting for the punch and Brown finishes the takedown easily into guard. Chow wants to sweep but no luck. Brown slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Chow is trying to keep Brown in close.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brownis looking to pass into half guard but Chow pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Chow is in guard. Brown looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. David Brown wasn't active enough on the ground. Brown misses with a takedown attempt - Chow sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Brown is breathing heavily. Brown swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Chow counters with a good low kick that Brown was not able to check.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Brown shoots for a takedown but Chow saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Brown slips a jab and a cross from Chow.
Sing Chow is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Chow lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Chow lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Brown shoots for a double leg takedown but Chow sprawls well. He's pushed Brown's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Sing Chow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Brown. Chow moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Chow lands a high kick!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Chow buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Chow fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Brown has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Chow is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Chow throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Brown's head. Chow lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Chow. Chow throws a nice head kick!
Chow thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Brown if he has to take too many more of those.

Brown swats away the attempt to clinch by Chow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sing Chow dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
A left and a right from Chow both land. Nice combination. Chow tries to clinch there but Brown circles away.
Chow scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Chow with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

and Chow counters with a head kick. Chow throws a head kick but Brown moves out of range.
Chow throws a sloppy head kick and Brown decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Chow's guard. Brown is stalling in the full guard. Chow working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Brown. Brown advances to half guard. Chow is trying to maintain the position but Brown is very close to passing his half guard. David Brown has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown not doing much here.
Brown trying to control from half guard but Chow is working away. Brown is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Chow! Brown pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Poor strikes thrown by Brown there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Chow defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Brown. Brown looking to control but Chow is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Chow tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Chow is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Brown stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Chow moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Chow throws a nice head kick!
Brown shoots and misses and Chow counters with a thumping low kick. Chow looks to land a combination. Brown sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. A head kick from Chow lands but Brown takes it in his stride. Chow throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Chow with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
And that's the end of the fight! David Brown comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Brown has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
