The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belfort walks into a stiff left hand from Aiteouakrim.
It looks like Vitor Belfort has been cut.
Belfort looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Aiteouakrim thuds a left hand into Belfort's body.
Vitor Belfort seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Belfort with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Aiteouakrim to score with a decent uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Aiteouakrim throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Belfort on the side of the head.
Aiteouakrim drops Belfort with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Belfort! Aiteouakrim dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
