Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

8 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean Dignam! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Benn drives through with a takedown into guard. Dignam wants to sweep here but Benn controlling him for the moment. Dignam is trying to keep Benn in close.
Benn trying to control but Dignam is working from the bottom. Benn is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Dignam is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Benn looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Pj Benn has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. A head kick misses from Benn.
That's one minute gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Dignam. Dignam fails in his attempt to clinch. Dignam moves out of range of the leg kick from Benn. Dignam fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Benn to the ground. Dignam is now in Benn's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dignam won't allow Benn to sweep him here. Dignam pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Benn is keeping the position for now. Benn working a defensive guard here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Dignam sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Benn's guard. Dignam wants to control but Benn is keeping him busy. Dignam scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Dignam prevents Benn from improving his position. Dignam is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Benn has managed to free his arm - good work. Benn wants to improve his position but Dignam is controlling well.
Dignam thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Benn is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Benn looking for submissions off his back. Dignam is trying to work for a kimura but Benn is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dignam wants to lay and pray for a moment but Benn keeps working. Dignam has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Benn defend it? Dignam steps over the head and cranks it - Benn is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Dignam!
