Mims lands with an overhand left.
Mims throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ford misses with a combination
and Mims counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Ford lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mims circles away quickly and effectively.
Ford takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Mims lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Ford backs up against the cage.
Ford misses with a combination
and Mims counters with a nice body shot.
Mims thuds his right hand into Ford's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Ford doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ford swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mims counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Mims, right into the meat.
Mims lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Bo Mims seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mims lands a really nice looking cross but Ford seems unphased.
Mims lands a hook that stumbles Ford back into the cage. Mims follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Ford to the canvas! Mims pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Ford has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
