The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsushima tries to clinch there but Gomes circles away.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gomes crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tsushima - the referee stops the clock and Gomes gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tsushima. Gomes manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Tsushima moves in looking to clinch but Gomes pushes him off.

Tsushima closes the distance and clinches up with Gomes, looking for a takedown. Tsushima pushes Gomes against the cage but Gomes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Tsushima is fighting to break Gomes's control of his arms but Gomes is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

I would just about give that final round to Lewis Tsushima.
