The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ze Spario misses with a takedown attempt
and Davis counters with a thumping low kick.
Good standup being displayed there by Davis as he connects with a hook.
Davis throws a front kick aimed at Ze Spario's knee but Ze Spario avoids it well.
Davis swings widly with a right hand
and Ze Spario counters with a stiff right hand.
Davis throws a quick inside leg kick.
Davis scoring well with a low kick there.
Ze Spario takes a kick to the side of the head.
A lazy left from Davis finds it's target.
Davis misses with an uppercut. Ze Spario saw that one coming.

Ze Spario swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Davis is now in Ze Spario's guard. A big mistake from Ze Spario there, giving up the dominant position!
Davis thows a big elbow that misses.

Ze Spario wants to sweep here but Davis controlling him for the moment.
Davis trying to control but Ze Spario is working from the bottom.
Davis postures up in Ze Spario's guard and throws a big left but Ze Spario blocks it.
Ze Spario keeping moving, preventing Davis from controlling successfully.
Davis wants to pass the guard but Ze Spario is keeping the position.
Davis slips nicely into half guard.

Davis wants to free his trapped foot but Ze Spario is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Davis frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Davis unloads with some shots from mount but Ze Spario bucks and avoids them well.
Davis is looking to work his way around to Ze Spario's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
Davis wants to control the pace but Ze Spario is squirming around nicely.
