Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cameron Murray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sd Plissken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murray comes to the cage accompanied by Big Strong Bosss by SWANS. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 6 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Cameron Murray! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sd Plissken! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Murray avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Plissken shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Murray counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Plissken thinking. Plissken circles away from the clinch attempt.
Murray lands a really nice looking cross but Plissken seems unphased.
Plissken has closed the distance and engaged Murray in a clinch.
Murray's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Plissken shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Murray counters with a lovely shot to the body. Plissken bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Plissken uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Murray.

Plissken misses the jab. Plissken fails with the takedown and Murray cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Cameron Murray has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Murray managing to control the position.

Plissken not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Murray is on top in guard.

Murray got a little sloppy there for a moment and Plissken has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Murray has managed to get both his arms back between Plissken's legs - danger averted. Plissken looking for a sweep. Not yet Plissken, not yet. Murray is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Murray's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Cameron Murray just wasn't active enough. Nice takedown defense from Murray. No joy for Plissken on that attempt. Murray wants to clinch up but Plissken keeps it at a distance. Plissken has his takedown stuffed and Murray counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Plissken takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Plissken moves forwards but Murray connects with a nice, crisp jab. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Plissken has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Murray manages to break the clinch.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Murray throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Plissken on the side of the head. Plissken gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Murray counters with a straight punch to the midsection. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Plissken drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Murray gets the underhooks and prevents it.
