Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Melendez tries to clinch up but Kincaid circles away and keeps his distance.

Melendez will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Kincaid up against the cage.

and Kincaid holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Melendez throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Kincaid because Melendez loaded up on that one.

Melendez goes for a takedown attempt but Kincaid pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Melendez drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kincaid pulls his leg out and moves away.

Melendez has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kincaid is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Come on Kincaid - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kincaid tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Melendez's elbow.

Melendez has an Americana. Kincaid didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Melendez is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Melendez hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
