Vetchnikov comes to the cage accompanied by Dont Call It A Come Back. Alex Vetchnikov looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas takes a swing at Vetchnikov's ribcage but misses.
Vetchnikov will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Thomas throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Thomas keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Vetchnikov dodges the punch combination from Thomas.
Nice takedown defense from Thomas. No joy for Vetchnikov on that attempt.

Vetchnikov closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Vetchnikov lands in his opponent's guard.

Thomas flashes Vetchnikov a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Vetchnikov's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Vetchnikov crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Thomas punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
