Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bakki yAkoi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bakki yAkoi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eddie Wong! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Shimada and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wong throws a hook to the side of yAkoi's head but yAkoi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Wong circles away from the clinch attempt letting Wong counter with a right hand. yAkoi wants to clinch and Wong cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. yAkoi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. yAkoi tries to clinch but fails miserably and Wong counters with a lovely straight right hand! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! yAkoi moves to clinch but Wong breaks away and Wong counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wong shoots in for a double leg but yAkoi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. yAkoi moves out of range of the leg kick from Wong. yAkoi tries to clinch but Wong moves away letting Wong counter with a right hand. yAkoi looks to clinch and Wong cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. yAkoi defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Wong. yAkoi takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A solid body kick from yAkoi. Wong tries a head kick but it misses.
yAkoi closes the distance looking to clinch and Wong connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Wong tries to land a body kick and yAkoi counters with a body kick that stops Wong in his tracks momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. yAkoi moves out of range as Wong strikes. yAkoi buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Wong misses with a takedown attempt and yAkoi counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Bakki yAkoi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie Wong. yAkoi darts in trying to clinch and Wong counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Wong circles away from the clinch attempt and Wong counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wong misses the body punch and yAkoi counters with a one-two to the body. yAkoi closes the distance but Wong moves to the side and Wong counters with a three punch combo that has yAkoi backing up. yAkoi nods at Wong to acknowledge the strikes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wong lands a jab. Wong checks a leg kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eddie Wong dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
yAkoi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wong.
yAkoi tries to clinch and Wong holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. yAkoi misses with a knee to the head. yAkoi using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Wong has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. yAkoi tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Wong tries to break free but yAkoi pushes him back against the cage. Wong is trying to force a seperation but yAkoi has the dominant position. yAkoi is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Wong tries to break the clinch but yAkoi is controlling the position. yAkoi tries to break free but Wong pushes him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wong putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has yAkoi in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. yAkoi throws a head punch that misses. yAkoi looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. yAkoi is trying to push Wong away but Wong has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. A head punch on the inside from yAkoi fails to land. Wong takes a knee right on the jaw!

Wong breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. yAkoi looks to clinch and Wong cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. yAkoi has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Wong finds it's way round the side to connect with yAkoi's head. yAkoi tries to clinch up and Wong counters with a right hand to the body. Wong has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! yAkoi stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and yAkoi wants it to stay on the feet. Wong moves into the clinch. yAkoi trying to land knees to the body.
yAkoi looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Wong tries to break free but yAkoi pushes him back against the cage. Wong wants to break free but yAkoi has control.

yAkoi has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Bakki yAkoi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie Wong. yAkoi is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Wong has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Wong content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Wong lands an uppercut. Wong tries to break the clinch but yAkoi is controlling the position. yAkoi is looking to break free of the clinch but Wong has double underhooks. yAkoi is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Wong tries to circle away but yAkoi has him pinned against the cage. Wong is trying to break the clinch but yAkoi is controlling him. Wong blocks an elbow strike. A right hand to the body from Wong.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Wong takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. yAkoi keeps control of Wong as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Wong tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
yAkoi misses with a body punch.
Wong wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
yAkoi trying to stall but Wong improves his position.
yAkoi is working for takedown but Wong is calmly controlling the position for now. yAkoi has Wong pressed against the cage, preventing Wong from circling away and getting back to striking at range. yAkoi is trying to break the clinch but Wong has him pressed against the cage. Wong looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Both fighters working to control the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eddie Wong showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

yAkoi closes the distance looking to clinch and Wong counters with a right hand to the body. Wong lands a lovely overhand right. Wong throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends yAkoi stumbling backwards into the cage! yAkoi bounces back off the cage towards Wong, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Wong lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Wong celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
