Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Akaina throws out a leg kick but Doyle moves out of range and Akaina only half commits.
Doyle throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Akaina with a lazy takedown attempt
and Doyle counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

and Doyle counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
A combination from Doyle does no damage.
A looping hook to the body misses from Doyle. Akaina does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Akaina takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Doyle scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Akaina looks gassed!
Doyle loads up on a big right hand but Akaina slips the punch.
Doyle lands a nice shot that snaps Akaina's head back.
Doyle throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Akaina uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Doyle.
Akaina takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
