Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dawid Zlobinski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marcus Ehrenholm!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Sosuke Kotani and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zlobinski leaves Ehrenholm with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Zlobinski throws a head kick that half lands.
Zlobinski darts in and clinches Ehrenholm up against the cage.
Zlobinski throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Ehrenholm blocks it with crossed arms.
Zlobinski throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Zlobinski creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Ehrenholm avoids the elbow strike from Zlobinski, against the cage.
Zlobinski stalling in the clinch.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Zlobinski just misses with a elbow thrown towards Ehrenholm's brow.
Ehrenholm blocks an elbow strike.
Zlobinski tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Ehrenholm ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Ehrenholm no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Zlobinski will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Zlobinski would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Ehrenholm is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Zlobinski tries to stand but Ehrenholm is controlling from the bottom.

Ehrenholm has a closed guard, preventing Zlobinski from standing up.
Ehrenholm throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Zlobinski wants to stand but Ehrenholm has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Ehrenholm trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Ehrenholm has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Zlobinski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Ehrenholm manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Zlobinski manages to get himself to full guard.

Zlobinski is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ehrenholm is controlling him.

Ehrenholm lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Zlobinski wants to stand but Ehrenholm is controlling the position.
Ehrenholm makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Zlobinski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ehrenholm on the ground.
Ehrenholm postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Ehrenholm keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Zlobinski's head.
Ehrenholm thows a big elbow that misses.
Ehrenholm sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Ehrenholm advances position into side control!
Zlobinski is pushing Ehrenholm's head away, looking to escape. Ehrenholm manages to hold on to the position though.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Ehrenholm is trying to get an arm triangle but Zlobinski is defending well.
Ehrenholm has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Zlobinski is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Ehrenholm yanks on the arm and Zlobinski is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Ehrenholm.
