The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alston tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Coolguy tries to sprawl but Alston drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Alston is controlling the pace.
Alston seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Coolguy does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Alston wants to pass to mount but Coolguy is defending the position.
Alston is looking to take a break and control but Coolguy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Alston stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Alston wants it to stay on the feet.

Alston throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Coolguy was covering up waiting for the punch and Alston finishes the takedown easily into guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Cris Coolguy will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

I would just about give that final round to Montayvious Alston.
