Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Freddie Flintoff! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Naoto Sugawara! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flintoff misses with a double jab.
A nice leg kick lands there from Sugawara. Flintoff steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sugawara. Sugawara lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Flintoff misses with a combination
letting Sugawara counter with a right hand. Sugawara scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Jab from Sugawara.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flintoff throws a leg kick that is checked and Sugawara counters with a lovely straight right hand! Flintoff misses with a right hand and Sugawara counters with an outside leg kick.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. A slapping leg kick lands for Sugawara.
Flintoff throws a leg kick and Sugawara counters with a nice uppercut. Flintoff falls off balance throwing a combination
and Sugawara counters with a nice low kick that buckles Flintoff's knee momentarily. Flintoff is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Flintoff misses with a combination
and Sugawara counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Freddie Flintoff has been cut. Flintoff gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Sugawara. Flintoff misses with a combination
and Sugawara counters with a nice low kick that buckles Flintoff's knee momentarily. Sugawara pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Flintoff back to the cage. Sugawara follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Flintoff takes one on the button. Sugawara looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Sugawara pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sugawara clinches up with Flintoff and pushes him back against the cage. Sugawara presses Flintoff against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Nice body punch from Sugawara - that landed with a thud.
Sugawara working some nice short punches in the clinch. Sugawara gets through Flintoff's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. A short right from Sugawara on the inside. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A right hook to the body lands for Sugawara.

Sugawara lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Flintoff to his knees! Sugawara keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
