The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pytong throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bob was covering up waiting for the punch and Pytong finishes the takedown easily into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bob is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pytong defends well. Bob throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Bob is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Pytong is aware though and is defending well. Pytong passes into half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Pytong lands a nice short elbow. Pytong seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Pytong is pulling down on Bob's head. It's preventing any offense from Bob, at least for the moment. Pytong lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bob!
