The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes takes one on the button.
Hughes slips under a jab.
A combination from Fury does no damage.
Fury throws a series of punches but Hughes moves out of range.
Fury ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Hughes shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fury pinned against the ropes. Fury gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Fury swings for the body but Hughes moves out of range.
Hughes dodges the punch combination from Fury.
Fury throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Fury looks to land a combination but Hughes avoids it well.
Fury misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Horrible takedown by Hughes or perhaps it was just good defense by Fury which made him look bad.
Fury lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hughes circles away quickly and effectively.

Fury lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fury cracks Hughes with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Fury lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Hughes gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Fury counters with a stiff right hand.

Hughes backs away from a small jab...but Fury lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Hughes crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Fury with a spectacular finish!
