The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tessin misses with a straight right.
Tessin throws out a powerful jab.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Hart defending well as Tessin loads up on a big left hand.
Tessin jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hart tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Tessin is able to avoid easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hart fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tessin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Hart shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hart throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Tessin works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Sam Hart hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Tessin misses the jab.
Tessin looks to score with a jab to the body but Hart is just out of range.
Tessin tries to bum rush Hart with a series of wild strikes but Hart uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Randy Tessin will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Crunch! Hart slams his shin into Tessin's torso.
Hart feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tessin's calf.
Tessin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hart moves away.
Tessin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tessin wants it to stay on the feet.
Randy Tessin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sam Hart.

Hart tries to move into range but Tessin moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Tessin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hart on the side of the head.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Hart throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Tessin connects with a right hand. Hart shakes it off.
Tessin connects with the punch.

and Tessin makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tessin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
