Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alessio Legionarius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tirawit Kokin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Legionarius kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Drowning Pool - Let the bodies hit the floor. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alessio Legionarius! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tirawit Kokin! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yukihiro Shimada and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Legionarius checks a leg kick. A telegraphed right hand from Kokin misses the target. Legionarius on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kokin. Kokin obviously looking to wear him down.
Kokin throws a leg kick and Legionarius makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Kokin really felt that one! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kokin takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big left from Legionarius misses. Legionarius connects with a body shot. Kokin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Legionarius walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kokin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Legionarius. Kokin misses with a low kick. The crowd cheers as Kokin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Legionarius doesn't seem phased though. Kokin throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Legionarius counters with an inside leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kokin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kokin thows a leg kick but Legionarius checks it letting Legionarius counter with a right hand. Legionarius throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Legionarius takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A solid leg kick lands there for Kokin.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kokin ducks under a wild hook from Legionarius. Kokin throws a left and a right that both miss
and Legionarius counters with a straight right hand. Kokin throws out a loose jab but Legionarius uses good head movement to avoid it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Legionarius takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Tirawit Kokin will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Legionarius slips a straight right by Kokin. Kokin throws a quick inside leg kick. Legionarius takes one on the button. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kokin throws a poor cross that misses
and Legionarius cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kokin dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Legionarius gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Kokin. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Legionarius waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kokin. Tirawit Kokin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kokin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kokin wants it to stay on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kokin throws a leg kick that is checked and Legionarius counters with a stiff right hand. Legionarius takes a swing at Kokin's ribcage but misses. Legionarius misses with a lunging right hand
and Kokin counters with a leg kick. Legionarius shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kokin tries to close the distance and clinch but Legionarius swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kokin feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Legionarius's calf. Kokin lunges at Legionarius with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Legionarius's hand. Legionarius wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Legionarius thows a body shot but no joy. Legionarius works Kokin's body with a nice hook. Legionarius throws an off balance right hand
and Kokin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Kokin misses with an uppercut. Legionarius saw that one coming. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tirawit Kokin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Legionarius's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!

That's one minute gone in the round. Kokin throws a leg kick and Legionarius counters with a nice body shot. Kokin tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. A swing and a miss from Kokin. Legionarius misses with a jab to the body
and Kokin counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Tirawit Kokin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Legionarius thows a leg kick but Kokin checks it and Kokin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Legionarius swings widly with a right hand
and Kokin counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Legionarius is lucky that one didn't land flush. Kokin tries to clinch but Legionarius moves out of range. Legionarius falls off balance throwing a combination
letting Kokin counter with a right hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Legionarius looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Kokin misses with a head kick.
Legionarius connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kokin moves in looking to clinch but Legionarius pushes him off. Alessio Legionarius has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kokin cracks Legionarius with a right hand to the side of the head. Nice defenses there by Kokin. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Legionarius takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
And that's the end of the fight! Tirawit Kokin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kokin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
