Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vlad Stolbov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stolbov comes to the cage accompanied by Guano Apes - Open your eyes. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stolbov fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Silva to the ground. Stolbov is now in Silva's guard.
Silva is looking to stand up but Stolbov isn't so interested in that idea.

and Silva counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Silva seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

and Stolbov counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Stolbov.

Silva pushes Stolbov off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Diego Silva wasn't active enough on the ground.
No joy there for Stolbov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
