Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Derek Roy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Little (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Little scores with the left hand. Roy knows he should have avoided that one.
Roy takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Little lands a really nice looking cross but Roy seems unphased.
Little connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Roy momentarily.

Roy drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Roy remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

That's time! Roy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Little postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Roy is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Little, into his guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
