Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shinigami Hyuuku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vince Noir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hyuuku comes to the cage accompanied by In My Head. Noir has chosen Dance Hall Days as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Noir lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Hyuuku shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Hyuuku was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Hyuuku is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Noir has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Noir!

Hyuuku is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Noir defends well.
Hyuuku tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Hyuuku has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Noir can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Hyuuku throws his legs up looking for a submission but Noir uses it to pass to side control.

Noir looks up at the clock and then as Hyuuku takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Noir smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Hyuuku is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Hyuuku manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Hyuuku prevents Noir from improving his position.
Hyuuku is thwarting Noir's attempts to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hyuuku uses his free foot to push down on Noir's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Noir.

Hyuuku swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Noir is now in Hyuuku's guard. A big mistake from Hyuuku there, giving up the dominant position!
Noir lands a couple of digs.
Noir must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Noir accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Hyuuku has his foot on Noir's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Noir works his way back into a safe position though.

Noir lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Hyuuku down.
Noir wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hyuuku keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hyuuku takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Oh Hyuuku is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Noir scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Hyuuku is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Noir can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
