Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mr Ward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teddy Bass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ward comes to the cage accompanied by Everything in its right place- Radio Head. Teddy Bass will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ward shoots in looking for a takedown but Bass manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ward's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Ward moves into range and connects with a jab. A jab from Ward misses. Bass fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ward manages to avoid it. Ward tries for a takedown but Bass sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Bass blocks a jab. Ward gets caught napping as Bass dives in and scores a takedown. Ward manages to retain guard. Ward is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bass is aware though and is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ward looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Bass stands up over Ward, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Ward keeping moving, preventing Bass from controlling successfully. Ward has his foot on Bass's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bass works his way back into a safe position though. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bass tries to stand but Ward is controlling from the bottom. Ward is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bass must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Bass sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ward looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Ward keeping moving, preventing Bass from controlling successfully. Bass preventing the sweep. Ward can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bass controls the pace.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Teddy Bass wasn't active enough on the ground. Bass scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. The crowd cheers as Ward lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bass doesn't seem phased though. Bass feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Wards jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Ward bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Ward goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Bass rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Ward's guard! Nice work there by Bass! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ward looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bass trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Ward is looking for a triangle but Bass pushes his legs off easily.

Ward is breathing heavily. Ward avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Bass advances position into side control! Bass wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ward keeps working. Bass stands up and beckons Ward to his feet. Bass blocks a jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ward throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Bass scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Bass throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ward stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Ward misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mr Ward. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ward pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Ward takes one to the chin there. Ward shoots in looking for a takedown but Bass manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ward's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Bass blocks a jab. Ward shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bass as he jumps to the side. Ward throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bass sees it coming and avoids it easily. Bass throws a body punch but Ward moves out of range. Horrible takedown by Ward or perhaps it was just good defense by Bass which made him look bad.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bass changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ward, as that shot connected.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bass punishes Ward's body with a nice straight punch. Ward shoots in looking for a takedown. Bass tries to sprawl out of it but Ward keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bass manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Ward on the wrong end of a nice hook. Bass scores with a kick to the body.
Ward missing with a left hand there. Bass was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Bass scores with a hook to the body. Ward takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Bass connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Ward takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Mr Ward seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bass scores with a punch to the head. Ward moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Ward misses with a lunging right hand
letting Bass counter with a right hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Teddy Bass dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Bass stuns Ward with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Ward with a poor takedown and Bass counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Bass uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ward. Ward misses with a lunging right hand
and Bass counters with a left to the body. Ward gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Ward takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Ward takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Ward is rocked! Bass bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Oh Ward is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Bass Rushes Ward and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Ward is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Bass Piles on the pressure and Ward crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Teddy Bass!
