Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Duncan Macloud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Dunkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Macloud kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is highlander theme song. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Alyssa Summers and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macloud closes the distance and clinches up with Dunkin, looking for a takedown. Macloud pushes Dunkin against the cage but Dunkin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Macloud changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dunkin tries to avoid it but Macloud manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dunkin to the ground. Dunkin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Macloud.

Macloud tries to clinch there but Dunkin circles away.

Macloud is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Macloud throws a hook to the side of Dunkin's head but Dunkin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Dunkin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Dunkin lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

A decent looking cross lands there for Macloud.

and Dunkin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Macloud has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Macloud there as he acknowledges the shot.
Macloud throws a sloppy head kick and Dunkin moves out of range easily.
Dunkin throws out a loose jab but Macloud uses good head movement to avoid it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Macloud takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Macloud shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dunkin as he jumps to the side.
Macloud tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Macloud throws an off balance right hand
and Dunkin counters with a three punch combo that has Macloud backing up. Macloud nods at Dunkin to acknowledge the strikes.
Dunkin stuffs the takedown.
Dunkin moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Macloud jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Macloud scores with a decent looking hook.
Macloud takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Macloud is rocked!
Macloud tries to clinch up but Dunkin circles away and keeps his distance.
Macloud throws a head kick that misses.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Dunkin feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Maclouds jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Dunkin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Macloud closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Dunkin's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Macloud trying to control the position from guard on top but Dunkin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Dunkin working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Macloud doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Macloud manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Macloud got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dunkin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Macloud has managed to get both his arms back between Dunkin's legs - danger averted.
Dunkin is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Macloud rolls with it to try and escape but Dunkin cranks on the arm and Macloud is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
