The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanov throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ivanov cracks Kurdupoy with a good jab.
Kurdupoy avoids the body shot from Ivanov.
Ivanov lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Nicolai Ivanov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ivanov thuds his right hand into Kurdupoy's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ivanov thuds a left hand into Kurdupoy's body.
Kurdupoy shoots in looking for a takedown. Ivanov tries to sprawl out of it but Kurdupoy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ivanov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ivanov walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Kurdupoy drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Ivanov swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Kurdupoy's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
