Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mason Watson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Joe Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mason Watson! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Watson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Watson takes the fight into the clinch. Watson leaning against his opponent.
Miller is trying to drag Watson to the mat but Watson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Miller can't get the takedown.
Watson scores with a shoulder strike. Watson trying to land knees to the body.
Miller tries to score a body lock takedown but Watson shows good agility there to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Miller. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Miller is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Miller takes an elbow to the temple.
It looks like Joe Miller has been cut. Watson lands a right hand that snaps the head of Miller backwards. Watson scores with a hook to the body. Watson drops Miller onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Miller is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Miller is rocked! Miller is breathing heavily. Watson has Miller pressed against the cage. He pushes Miller back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Watson throws a beautiful elbow that sends Miller crashing to the floor! Watson piles on the pressure with more strikes! Miller is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mason Watson!
