Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Baine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davis Obrien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baine comes to the cage accompanied by The Show Goes On. Obrien is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Stone Cold Crazy. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Anthony Taglia and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obrien misses with a straight left.
Obrien forces Baine back against the cage and clinches.
Obrien throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Obrien breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Obrien throws a leg kick but Baine sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Obrien throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Obrien tries to clinch but Baine is having none of it.
Obrien displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Baine.
Obrien throws a nice looking combination but Baine bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Obrien regains half guard there - taking advantage of Baine's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.

Davis Obrien showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Baine drops his hands momentarily and Obrien takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Some bone on bone action there as Baine checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Baine shoots in looking for a takedown but Obrien manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Baine's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Obrien just misses with a elbow thrown towards Baine's brow.
