Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwight Demaine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Ripgut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ripgut is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Abominable Putridity - Throat Fisting Abortion. Dwight Demaine has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ripgut buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Demaine takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Demaine throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ripgut sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Ripgut walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Demaine checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Dwight Demaine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ripgut connects with an inside leg kick.

Demaine stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Ripgut throws a leg kick which misses Demaine's front leg but catches the back leg as Demaine tries to avoid it.
Ripgut's jab looks to have found its range, popping Demaine under the eye.
Ripgut lands with a kick to the temple. Demaine shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Demaine takes one on the button.

Demaine chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ripgut can pounce on him.

Ripgut jabs Demaine right on the nose. Demaine blinks but takes it well.
Ripgut lets loose with a powerful body kick. Demaine will feel that in the morning.
Ripgut fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Demaine.
Ripgut scores with a head kick. Demaine tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
A slapping leg kick lands for Ripgut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Demaine takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Demaine is rocked!
Demaine is aggressively charging in as Ripgut backs up avoiding any damage. Ripgut tosses out a jab and Demaine runs right into it face first! Demaine is out cold! Ripgut dropped down on all fours and is barking in Demaine's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sean Ripgut! Sean Ripgut retains his heavyweight title!
