Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marc Dressler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Braden Rush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dressler's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Raptile - Fight Back. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marc Dressler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Braden Rush!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rush misses with a straight left.

and Dressler counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dressler's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Dressler lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Dressler is working Rush over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Dressler is looking to work some ground and pound but Rush has wrist control.
Dressler might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dressler connects with a nice short shot to Rush's temple.
Dressler is nestled in close to Rush, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rush is trying to stand up here but Dressler is controlling him well.

Rush is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Dressler has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rush can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Dressler drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dressler jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Rush is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dressler is aware though and is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Dressler seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Marc Dressler is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Dressler has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Rush to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Dressler is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Rush pulls down on the head and he's put Dressler to sleep! This one is all over!
