Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dutch Delight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derek Hannon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hannon is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Back in Black by ACDC. The key to victory for Dutch Delight has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Hannon looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Delight fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hannon on the side of the head.
Delight closes the distance looking to clinch
and Hannon counters with a nice uppercut.
Hannon on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

and Hannon counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hannon.

Delight's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Delight is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Hannon is keeping busy.

It looks like Derek Hannon has been cut.
Dutch Delight is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Hannon tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Delight smiles and moves away.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Hannon crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Delight - the referee stops the clock and Hannon gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Delight. Hannon manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hannon is defended easily by Delight.
Delight tries to clinch up but Hannon circles away and keeps his distance.

Dutch Delight has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Derek Hannon.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Derek Hannon was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Delight lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Delight lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Delight.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Delight thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Hannon if he has to take too many more of those.

Delight looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Delight pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Hannon back to the cage. Delight follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Delight lands with a right that hurts Hannon. Hannon looks to clinch but Delight throws a short knee that drops Hannon. This one is all over!
