Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Turchin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Trezeguet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Ivan Turchin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, David Trezeguet! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turchin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Trezeguet tries to avoid it but Turchin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Trezeguet to the ground. Trezeguet escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Turchin rushes Trezeguet and presses him up against the cage. Turchin is trying to drag Trezeguet to the mat but Trezeguet just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Trezeguet stalling the fight.
Turchin is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Trezeguet gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ivan Turchin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Trezeguet tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Turchin smiles and moves away.
Ivan Turchin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Turchin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Trezeguet tries to avoid it but Turchin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Trezeguet to the ground. Trezeguet escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. and Turchin counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Turchin throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Turchin wants to pass to mount but Trezeguet is defending the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Turchin is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Trezeguet can do anything to dispel that myth. Trezeguet controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Turchin content to control rather than advance. Turchin trying to pass the guard but Trezeguet defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Ivan Turchin just wasn't active enough. Turchin clinches with his opponent.
Turchin tries to circle away but Trezeguet has him pinned against the cage. Trezeguet's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Trezeguet throws the left hand but Turchin avoids the punch easily. Turchin shoots in but no luck this time. Trezeguet fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Turchin checks it well. Trezeguet clinches with his opponent.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Trezeguet scores with a shot to the side of Turchin's head. Trezeguet dodges an elbow strike from Turchin.
A short right from Trezeguet. Trezeguet leaning his opponent against the cage. Trezeguet decides to pull guard. Trezeguet wants to sweep but no luck. Trezeguet is pulling down on Turchin's head. It's preventing any offense from Turchin, at least for the moment. Turchin is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Turchin is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Trezeguet is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Still in half guard, Trezeguet seems content to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ivan Turchin will probably get the nod. That's time! Turchin's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Trezeguet has taken the fight to the clinch.

Trezeguet lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Trezeguet pulls guard. Trezeguet seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Trezeguet's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's one minute gone in the round. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Turchin decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Trezeguet, up you get! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Turchin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Trezeguet sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Turchin somewhat. Turchin tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Trezeguet swivels and escapes. Trezeguet tries for a takedown but Turchin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Trezeguet pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Trezeguet instigates a clinch. Trezeguet breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Trezeguet swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Turchin.
It looks like Ivan Turchin has been cut. Trezeguet clinches up against the cage. Turchin is trying to break free. Turchin being controlled against the cage. Trezeguet lands a hook that snaps the head of Turchin backwards. A right hook to the body lands for Trezeguet.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trezeguet tries to score a body lock takedown but Turchin shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Trezeguet slows down the pace here.
Trezeguet lands a left hand that snaps the head of Turchin backwards. Trezeguet manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Turchin trying to control but Trezeguet is working from the bottom. Trezeguet bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Turchin's guard. Turchin being controlled here, momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Trezeguet stands and throws Turchin's legs to the side, diving into side control. Turchin taking punishment in the form of punches.
Trezeguet is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Turchin's shoulder. That is not cool. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Trezeguet showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Ivan Turchin's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Trezeguet bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Turchin! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
Turchin is rocked! Trezeguet engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Turchin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Trezeguet is stalling in the full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

The ref stands the fighters back up. David Trezeguet was stalling too much, according to the referee. Oh, that's a big right hand from Trezeguet and Turchin goes tumbling to the canvas! Trezeguet follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard. Oh Turchin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Trezeguet perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Turchin seems to have got his legs back now. Trezeguet stands up and beckons Turchin to join him on the feet. Trezeguet looks to land a left hand but Turchin moved out of range nicely. Trezeguet fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Turchin avoids it really well and circles away. Trezeguet connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Trezeguet clinches up with Turchin and pushes him back against the cage. Trezeguet lands an uppercut. Turchin tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Trezeguet just stands there and leans against the cage. Turchin is pressed up against the cage. Trezeguet has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Turchin down to the mat. Turchin avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Trezeguet bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Turchin! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Trezeguet lands a hook to the side of the head. Trezeguet breaks the clinch.
Turchin moves out of range of the body kick. Trezeguet moves into the clinch. Stalling in the clinch from Trezeguet.
Turchin slowing the pace effectively. Turchin being controlled against the cage. Trezeguet jumps guard and drags Turchin to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Trezeguet is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Trezeguet controlling the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
OK we're going to have a standup here. David Trezeguet hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Trezeguet lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
And that's the end of the fight! David Trezeguet comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Trezeguet has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
