The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Vladimir Khabensky and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gurakovskiy fails with a takedown attempt.
Gurakovskiy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Cruz really is a fat lump.
Cruz closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Gurakovskiy working hard to break the clinch.
Cruz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Cruz shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gurakovskiy but Gurakovskiy pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cruz closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Cruz looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Gurakovskiy is looking for a sweep. Cruz is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Gurakovskiy has his feet on Cruz's thighs here. He's pushed Cruz off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Cruz screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
