Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jenson Crowder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Allen Brossard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Allen Brossard will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Allen Brossard! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brossard throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Crowder shoots in and gets a takedown into Brossard's guard. Brossard being controlled here, momentarily. Brossard is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Crowder drops back looking for a leg! Brossard is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Brossard manages to kick Crowder off! Crowder jumps back into Brossard's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crowder trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crowder advances position into side control! Brossard dodges the ground and pound from Crowder. Crowder trying to control the position but Brossard is working away. Crowder controlling the position from side mount. Crowder has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Crowder thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Crowder wants to control but Brossard is keeping him busy. Crowder working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Crowder tries for a kimura but Brossard is defending well. Brossard really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Crowder. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Brossard is being controlled here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jenson Crowder dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

It looks like Jenson Crowder has been cut. Horrible takedown by Crowder or perhaps it was just good defense by Brossard which made him look bad. Crowder misses with a takedown attempt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Crowder gets the takedown into side control. Crowder is trying to get an arm triangle but Brossard is defending well. Brossard tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Crowder wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Crowder lets go of the hold and Brossard can pop his arm back in it's socket.
