The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manning fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Liddell sprawls well initially but Manning persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Manning wants to get back to his feet.
Manning is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Manning winds up and cracks Liddell with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Liddell is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Manning is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Liddell!
Liddell is looking to improve his position but Manning isn't that keen on the idea.
Manning looking to control but Liddell is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Liddell keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Liddell tries to hold on but Manning pushes him away.

Liddell in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.

Manning connects with a bit shot that sees Liddell covering up! More strikes from Manning and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Manning is our winner by TKO!
