Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Hoffman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gemiyale Adkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoffman comes to the cage accompanied by Enter Sandman by Metallica. Adkins has chosen Cash Kyle - You in Trouble Now as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Adkins closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hoffman's guard.
Adkins must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Hoffman is really struggling to control Adkins but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Hoffman pulls Adkins in close to prevent any damage.

Hoffman is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Adkins is aware though and is defending well.

Adkins decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hoffman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A jab lands there for Adkins.

Hoffman gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Adkins to score an easy takedown into full guard.
