Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Skip McMann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franziskus Meier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McMann's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Bangles - Hazy Shade of Winter. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Skip McMann! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Franziskus Meier! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Meier looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Meier swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and McMann counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. McMann takes a shot right to the bread basket. Sloppy strikes from Meier. Those never looked like landing. McMann slips a jab and a cross from Meier.
Meier throws a left and a right that both miss
and McMann counters with a low kick, right behind Meier 's knee. Meier fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McMann manages to avoid it. Meier falls off balance throwing a combination
and McMann counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by McMann. Meier has had enough of the clinch but McMann keeps him there for the moment. McMann lands on the inside with an uppercut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Meier working hard to break the clinch. Meier working hard to break the clinch. McMann creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Meier takes an elbow to the forehead. McMann has Meier pressed against the cage, preventing Meier from circling away and getting back to striking at range. McMann lands a hook that snaps the head of Meier backwards. Meier is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. McMann throws a knee to the head but misses.
A short right hand to the side of the head by McMann. Meier has had enough of the clinch but McMann keeps him there for the moment. Meier wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. McMann jerks Meier's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Meier drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! McMann goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from McMann because Meier was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Skip McMann!
