Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karlo Kerzyani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dre Furly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dre Furly!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Furly gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Kerzyani's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Furly working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kerzyani doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kerzyani manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kerzyani decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Furly, up you get!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kerzyani has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Furly is proving hard to escape from.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Furly tries to lock up and control but Kerzyani gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Furly is working to get back to half guard.
Kerzyani lands a heavy elbow.
Furly is looking to improve his position but Kerzyani isn't that keen on the idea.
Furly swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Kerzyani can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Furly is looking to escape.
Furly throwing hammer fists to the chest of Kerzyani. What's that going to do exactly?

Well Kerzyani has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
