The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Breznekov displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Devil throws out the jab.
Devil throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Breznekov.
Devil throws a head kick but Breznekov moves out of range.
Breznekov fails with the takedown

and Devil counters by clinching up.
Devil lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Devil lands a nice elbow.
Breznekov takes an elbow to the forehead.
Devil displaying some good clinch control by pressing Breznekov up against the cage.

It looks like Bobo Breznekov has been cut.
Devil comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Devil pushes off an throws an elbow but Breznekov leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Breznekov tries for a takedown but Devil manages to get underhooks.

and Devil counters by moving into the clinch.
Red Devil has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobo Breznekov.
Breznekov is trying to break free.
Devil creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Breznekov takes an elbow to the forehead.

Devil manages to break the clinch.
Devil just misses with a punch to the body.

Devil moves into range and clinches up with Breznekov.
Devil lands a nice elbow.

Breznekov is looking to break free of the clinch but Devil has double underhooks.

Devil's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Breznekov is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Devil looks calm but he's in trouble here. Breznekov gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Devil is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Breznekov lets go of the hold and Devil can pop his arm back in it's socket.
