The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Summer Carpenter and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atwood lands a two punch combo.
Gorczykiewicz tries to sprawl but Atwood drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Gorczykiewicz blocking the ground and pound attempt from Atwood.
Atwood drops an elbow to the side of Gorczykiewicz's head.
Atwood thows a huge punch but Gorczykiewicz dodges it nicely.
Gorczykiewicz tries to kick Atwood off but Atwood keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Atwood takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Gorczykiewicz kicks Atwood off and gets back to his feet.
Atwood shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Atwood was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
