The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Diprose.
Marks tries for a takedown but Diprose circles away easily
and Diprose counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Diprose shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Marks eats them both and turns towards Diprose to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Diprose enables Marks to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Diprose manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Marks postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Diprose is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Marks, into his guard.
Marks has momentary wrist control but Diprose slips an elbow through the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Diprose wants to control from the top but Marks keeps moving.
Marks has his feet on Diprose's thighs here. He's pushed Diprose off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Diprose screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
