Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Asser Toropainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bouncy Boink (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toropainen comes to the cage accompanied by Paleface-Syntynyt rellestää. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toropainen throws a lazy uppercut
and Boink counters with a stiff right hand.
Toropainen avoids a punch combination nicely.
Asser Toropainen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Toropainen uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Boink on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Toropainen. Toropainen obviously looking to wear him down.
Toropainen moves away from the strike by Boink.
A chopping leg kick lands by Toropainen.
Toropainen shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Boink counters with a nice uppercut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Toropainen throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Boink counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Toropainen.
Boink misses the shot to the body.
Toropainen scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
A telegraphed right hand from Toropainen misses the target.
Toropainen throws a sloppy body shot
and Boink counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Toropainen down! Boink is looking to finish but Toropainen is intelligently defending himself.

Toropainen is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Oh Toropainen is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Toropainen seems to have got his legs back now.
Boink really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Toropainen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Boink wants to stand and escape but instead Toropainen has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Toropainen with a flurry of punches that miss.
Toropainen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Boink keeping full guard, as Toropainen tries to pass.
Boink scrambles and gets back to his feet.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Boink uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Toropainen.
Toropainen ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Toropainen misses with a right hand
and Boink makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Toropainen throws a body punch but Boink moves out of range.
Toropainen shoots in looking for a takedown but Boink manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Toropainen's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

and Boink counters with a series of strikes that sends Toropainen to the canvas! Boink follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
Toropainen has an active guard here but Boink has managed to pass into half guard.

Toropainen is breathing heavily.
Toropainen trying to get back to full guard but Boink takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!

Boink tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Boink avoids the attempt from Toropainen to control.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Toropainen keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Toropainen sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Boink postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Toropainen to stand up.
Bouncy Boink is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Toropainen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bouncy Boink dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Toropainen throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Toropainen tries a low kick but Boink avoids it.

Toropainen closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Boink's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Toropainen postures up and lands a big shot to Boink's brow.
Toropainen has gone for a leg lock! Boink slips out almost immediately though and dives into Toropainen's guard.
Toropainen tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Boink is sitting in close to Toropainen's body. Toropainen has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Boink is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Boink is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Toropainen.
